Choose who and when
Surveys use the same targeting as the rest of Trailkite: by segment, page, behaviour or after a specific event. Sample a share of the audience so you don't ask everyone at once.
NPS comes with sensible defaults: someone who asks to answer later sees it again after 7 days, and nobody is asked twice within 90 days.
