Questions
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial includes every feature with Starter-sized limits. Pick a plan when it ends; nothing is charged before then.
What counts as a monthly active user?
Anyone your app identifies or tracks through the Trailkite SDK or API in a calendar month. Team members using the Trailkite dashboard are seats, not monthly active users.
What happens if we go over a limit?
Nothing stops working. Session recording pauses once the month's replays are used and resumes on the first of the month. If you're over your monthly active users two months running, we'll get in touch about the next plan.
Where is our data stored?
In your workspace's region, backups included. On Growth and Enterprise you choose the region, and you can move your workspace later; a move takes up to 24 hours.
Is SSO really included in Growth?
Yes: one SAML or OIDC identity provider (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace and others) at no extra cost. Enterprise includes as many as you need. SSO is coming soon; Growth workspaces get it as soon as it ships.
